Each item on knitwitonline.com is in stock unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to keep our site updated however if an item that you’ve ordered is sold out, we will notify you immediately and your credit card will be credited in full.

Payment

Knitwitonline.com will gladly accept credit card payment from Visa, Discover, Mastercard or American Express. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to process international credit card information (outside of the United States). We appologize for this inconvenience. Please contact us at info@knitwitonline.com if you have any questions. An 8% tax is charged to Pennsylvania residents on taxable items only. And remember – never a tax on clothing in Pennsylvania!

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is available on all domestic orders at no additional charge. Be sure to make a note (under "Order Details Note") at checkout to have your gift wrapped in our famous black and white polka dot paper and sent in one of our reusable shopping bags!

Returns/Exchanges

Knitwitonline.com will gladly accept a return or exchange on most items. The return/exchange must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with their original tags attached and accompanied by the original packing slip. Swimwear, jewelry, handbags and sale merchandise are non-returnable.

To return an item, please contact customer service at info@knitwitonline.com within 5 days of the delivery date. Include your reason for the return and state whether you wish to make an exchange. Items returned without prior contact to customer service will not be accepted and no shipping costs will be refunded. Return instructions will be stated in your email response from knitwitonline.com customer service. All returns must be received by knitwitonline.com within 14 days of the original purchase date and sent to the following address:

Shipping and Rates

By ordering on knitwitonline.com, you have the option to have your domestic order shipped  via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. International orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International. Orders made Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours depending on availability unless otherwise noted. Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the next business day. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer once the item has been shipped. Shipping rates are as follows:

Knit Wit Gift Cards can be used to make online purchases at knitwitonline.com. Unfortunately, our gift cards cannot be processed through our website, however, we can easily process them through one of our retail locations.
